Process Flow & Performance Features

*The ProSign Automatic Salmon Head Cutter is designed for fresh or frozen Salmon.

* Based on mechanisms proven in the Turkish Salmon Industry over the last 2 years, this machine is used by more than 90% of operations in Turkey.

*The head cut is designed to suit the Japanese market for a high-end, collared product with maximum recovery. Blades for other cuts such as straight cut or bucket cut can be attached quickly and easily.

* This machine is designed for use on ships and fish processing plants. The machine structure is heavy duty stainless steel and all mechanisms are stainless, bronze and high tensile plastic.

Transaction Flow

Fish are manually loaded onto the feeding belt and positioned according to the laser on the gill. The fish are then automatically fed into the machine where the head is cut. The fish is then automatically fed to the next operation.
