The ProSign Salmon Evisceration Line is a double guttering line for salmon and some other similar fish species. The machine can also be used for other purposes, such as removing eggs for caviar production. Semi-automatic gutting provides a fast and clean station for fish gutting. Waste is disposed of with Pumps and Vacuum Spoons, leaving the area clean and providing an ergonomic work station.
Capacity, accuracy and performance depend on the type and condition of the material processed, the condition and settings of the machine, and the operating environment. It also depends on how the product is fed into the machine.
