Process Flow & Performance Features
*Fish from the Automatic or Manual Head Clipping machine are collected in the feeding chamber of the evisceration line. The first personnel “machine feeding operator” places the fish appropriately in each slot of the evisceration line.
* In the next step, the belly splitting personnel (there can be 2 people) use the knife to split the fish’s belly.
* The evisceration personnel at the 3rd station cleans the internal organs with their hands and directs them to the waste chute. In the waste chute, these wastes are transported to a tank outside the facility by means of a monopump specially manufactured by Arde Machinery.
* Station 4 is the station where the remaining fish are cleaned and an average of 3 personnel work. At this station, the personnel cleans the remaining waste from the fish’s internal organs with vacuum spoons, and the waste is removed by the pump.
