Arde Studio intelligent software provides all important traceability and tracking features, as well as real-time monitoring and control throughout the process. All belt sorting systems have two key components:

Dynamic Weighing Unit – an ultra-rugged, high-precision weighing unit that can be customized to handle various weight ranges and throughput
Discharging Unit – Custom built to suit customer requirements.

A wide range of accessories such as bag holders, batching bins and chutes are available. Arde Makine Belt Sorting systems are equipped with a user-friendly graphical interface that greatly reduces the possibility of human error.

Monitor and Control Grading

The Arde Studio module for grading lets you monitor and control your processing in real time. The software provides live dashboards showing data for key performance indicators such as weight distribution, giveaway and throughput. They give you a clear overview of actual production and highlight where improvements can be made or whether any corrective action needs to be taken to ensure production is running optimally. Remote program management allows you to control grader settings directly from the office.

Information about all batches produced is collected and stored in the Arde Studio database.
