WIL-700

Wide and Long Conveyors for Weighing Price Labeling of Larger Packages

The WIL-700 has the same width conveyor as the WI-700 with the added benefit of longer feed and scale conveyors. This allows packages up to 475 mm long to be dynamically weighed, priced and labeled at up to 37 packages per minute. This PC-based machine provides easy integration with existing machines and networking and comes with a color touch screen and quick release conveyor system.

Large Box Capacity

Powerful drum conveyor motors will transport products weighing up to 60kg and with the oversized deck a crate up to 600mm long and 600mm wide can be weighed and labeled.

Extra-wide sensor positioning ensures that the widest products pass accurately through the machine.

* WIW-700 Operating System

The DIGI-700 series uses an industrial PC using embedded software on the Windows® operating system. This offers flexible integration of back-office server data collection, scheduling and line monitoring for bi-directional communication in XML format.

Thermal Head	An 80 mm wide thermal head is fitted as standard on high-speed and conventional labeling machines. A 108 mm wide thermal head is available for these two labelers. Both sizes of thermal heads have the same 300 dpi (11.8 dots/mm) definition.
Addable Printers	The flexibility of the WIW-700 allows connecting other industrial printers that support TCP/IP communications.
