Glazing Line

The Glazing Line is manufactured to ensure rational glazing of salmon and other similar fish species.
The Glazing Line is connected a regulation system that maintains a constant water temperature +/-2°C which is already exiting
in many factoriesand this facilitates thickness control of the glaze ice, together with an adjustable speed on the conveyor.
The system has a production capacity of 15~70 fish/min, depending on the size of the fish. Each fish is
unloaded by crates on the table at the conveyor belt entrance and discharged into glazing line. As the fish
passes through the glazing bath, there are curtains and waterfalls at the top to ensure that all surfaces are in
contact with water. The belt width of 1000 mm makes it possible to place to place more than one fish in each
holder when glazing smaller fish.
